They won't balance your tires unless you call them out, they won't do it correctly unless you call them out again.. Business should be based on honesty not how much you can get away with especially when your charging me for mount and balance...

I called inquiring if they had the tire I needed in my size as to which the guy said he did. When I got there, I was initially thankful for the guy for helping me in the last 10 minutes of them being open. However, when I went to dry off the tire, I noticed major pieces of the tread missing from the tire he had just sold and mounted on my rim. When I pointed it out to him, he offers me $5 off of the tire, but I told him that this tire was severely damaged and I asked for another one or a refund. He then tries to ignore me. I informed him that I wanted the refund, so he very aggressively and angrily, all the while cursing, takes the tire off my rim and put my tire back on, all the while roughly throwing my tire and rim around not caring about damaging it. He then gives me my tire back but did not want to give me all of my money. His words were "taxes". I told him you can't charge taxes for something you did not provide or sell and he finally gave me the rest of my money back. I WILL NOT EVER PATRONIZE THIS SO CALLED ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! His actions were not only shady business, but he demonstrated that he could care less about the lives of those he was servicing or the people t

I feel bad referring my friend to this place. I sent her to this place confident they would take care of her but tried to sell her a bad tire and then didn't wanna refund when she called it out. The associate was rude when she said the tire had visible treads missing. Wouldn't recommend.
